Shipping policy

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. At KRYSTEL COSMETICS, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers every day and can offer the highest level of responsiveness.

 

Processing Time

Once confirmed, your order will take 2-4 business days to process, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. Cut Off Time is 5:00 PM.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday).

Once an order has been processed, you will be provided order status and shipping information and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped. Please wait up to 48 hours for tracking information to be available after you receive the shipping confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.

During peak seasons and holidays, this might extend to 7 business days.

 

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery times vary based on your location:

  • United States: 7-12 working days

Please note that these are estimates only, orders may arrive before or after the expected time frame. Orders may take longer due to a delay from the courier service. If you have not received your order after the expected time frame, please contact us with your order number so we can check your order.

Keep in mind, during peak seasons and holidays, carriers might face delays. International shipments can also experience customs hold-ups, potentially extending delivery times.


Can I Track My Package?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number in your email. If you have not received a tracking number, you can contact customer service at support@krystelcosmetics.com. You can track your order here

 

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping details are correct when checking out. Mistakes can lead to delays or cancellations. If there's an address issue, we'll email you within 3 business days for verification. If we don't hear back, we might cancel the order. Spotted an error? Email support@krystelcosmetics.com within 24 hours of ordering.


Delayed Delivery

While we aim for prompt deliveries, sometimes factors beyond our control can cause delays. This includes courier disruptions, weather conditions, or address verification issues. We'll always keep you in the loop if there's a delay on our end.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

It's disheartening when packages go missing. Once it's with the courier, it's out of our hands. If you face such an issue, contact support@krystelcosmetics.com. We suggest also reaching out to the courier to file a claim. While we aren't liable for lost or stolen items during shipping, we'll do our utmost to assist you.

 

Order Acceptance & Pricing

Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site preserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.

In order to avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details before providing you with the product and to verify the personal information you shared with us. This verification can take the shape of an identity, place of residence or banking information check.

We reserve the right to proceed to direct cancellation of an order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of a credit or debit card. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

In the event that an item in mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
